Five bridges!? - What's the difference?
BRTL01 is for Thru Body stringing only. (Where the strings are pushed through ferrules from the back of the body, through the bridge and over the saddles)
BRTL02/03 can both be used for either Thru Body Stringing or Top Mount Stringing (note the small holes in the back of the bridge) - but there's a stylistic difference between the saddles.
BRTL04 is for use with a humbucker sized pickup (Well duh) but, please note, can only be used with guitars with thru body stringing.
Note the difference in the mounting holes and the size of the mounting screws. The BRTL01 and BRTL04 use 5 small screws because the strings are holding the bridge down onto the body. The BRTL02/03 use 3 big screws because (in top mount applications) the strings are trying to rip the bridge off the body.
BRTL05 is a traditional style bridge, that can be used for "thru-body" or "thru-bridge" top mounting.
For use with a single-coil pickup and thru-body or top-mount stringing.
