What Players Are Saying
"The Steam Hammer is on its own level — controlled but absolutely brutal when you push it. My old Squier sounds like a different guitar." — Squier owner
"What can I say? The Steam Hammers are just… well, PERFECT. With them in place it matches the sound I've been hearing in my head for weeks. They have tremendous power but never screechy." — Paul, Dragondreams Music, Normanton
"I'm using my pickup selector a lot more now — they're so well balanced. The Steam Hammers in single-coil mode have that wonderful bell tone of a good Strat; in humbucker mode they sound like I've always wanted a Les Paul to sound." — Project guitar build
"I just bought a Steam Hammer (bridge) and was prepared to be disappointed but actually I'm blown away — orgasmically so. Smoother and fatter for clean and lead than my EMG 60, and absolutely annihilates stock pickups." — Stu, Gloucester
"Just finished my Hamer Standard with a pair of Steam Hammers — staggeringly aggressive and clear. Twangs nicely on the cleans, roars on the gain. Awesome." — Hamer Standard owner
"Just got my Steam Hammers in my Epiphone SG — WOW! Aggressive with bite and awesome sustain, but incredibly versatile for the mellower end of the spectrum too." — Ben, London

"Thank you for the superb pair of Steam Hammer pickups. They've turned a great guitar into something that, sound-wise, blows the real thing out of the water — with not a hint of muddiness." — Ian, New Mills
"'A small tactical nuke in our living room' is how my wife described the noise — but in a good way. The Steam Hammers gather every nuance and subtlety of string tone." — Paul, Dragondreams Music
